The first step in earning the Certified in Public Health (CPH) credential is sitting for the Certified in Public Health exam. The exam is rooted in the core areas of public health and serves as a benchmark for vital knowledge for those working in the field. The exam is offered at computer-based testing centers three times a year. Available dates will be indicated when scheduling your examination. Candidates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Beginning with the June computer-based testing administration, CPH candidates will receive their score reports before they leave the testing facility. This new process gives the candidate instant results regardless of their pass or fail status. Please note that candidates sitting for paper-based exams will not receive instant results.
