CPH Exam Committee
The CPH Exam Committee is comprised of volunteers, primarily CPH, who represent a range of educational backgrounds, expertise, practice experience, ethnicity, gender, and geographic locations. The committee is responsible for overseeing Item-writing, Item-review and Form Review for the CPH exam.
